This position demands a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and innovation, with a focus on creating scalable and effective models that support strategic decision-making across various business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models to address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of data science solutions into business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for deploying machine learning models.
- Competence in interpreting model results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
