Delivery Associate

Job Description

The Implant Delivery Executive is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of surgical implants and instruments to hospitals, ensuring coordination with doctors, OT staff, and internal teams. The role requires availability during surgeries and maintaining high service standards in critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver implants, surgical instruments, and medical devices to hospitals/clinics on time
• Coordinate with doctors, OT staff, and hospital coordinators for surgery schedules
• Ensure correct material is delivered as per case requirement
• Remain present or on standby during surgeries if required
• Handle urgent and emergency deliveries (including late night / early morning cases)
• Maintain proper documentation (delivery challans, invoices, acknowledgements)
• Ensure safe handling and hygiene of implants and instruments
• Collect used instruments (if applicable) and return to warehouse
• Coordinate with billing and warehouse teams for stock and dispatch
• Maintain daily delivery reports and case updates
• Follow company SOPs and hospital protocols strictly
• Key Skills & Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in pharma / medical device delivery (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of hospital environment / OT (added advantage)
• Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
• Ability to handle pressure and emergency situations
• Willingness to travel within city and work flexible hours
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
• Working Conditions:Field-based role involving hospital visits
• Flexible timing depending on surgery schedules
• May require working on Sundays / holidays (comp-off applicable as per policy)
