Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Field Executive responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects through calls, and converting them into clients. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive, and target-driven.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation
• Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, social media, references, and databases
• Visiting sites to generate the leads
• Maintain and update lead database (CRM/Excel)
• Qualify leads based on requirements and budget
• Client Calling & Follow-ups
• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the region
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant services
• Schedule meetings/site visits (if applicable)
• Regular follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
• Sales Conversion
• Present service offerings clearly and convincingly
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (design/tech/operations) for smooth onboarding
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Collect feedback and referrals from clients
• Key Skills Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer psychology
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead conversion
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Owns a 2 wheeler
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in sales/telecalling/business development is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
