Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Reackon Concrete Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented RMC Field Marketing Executive to promote and generate business for Ready Mix Concrete in Nagpur and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, builders, contractors, engineers, architects, developers, and project consultants to create leads, follow up inquiries, and convert them into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers for RMC business promotion.
• Generate new leads for Ready Mix Concrete supply in Nagpur and nearby areas.
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers and convert inquiries into orders.
• Explain Reackon RMC quality, strength, timely delivery, and service benefits to customers.
• Collect site details such as concrete grade, quantity, location, pouring date, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the plant, dispatch, billing, and technical team for smooth order execution.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, site engineers, and purchase managers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market rates, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily visit reports, lead status, and follow-up updates to management.
• Support payment follow-up and coordinate with customers for pending dues when required.
• Promote company branding and create awareness of Reackon Ready Mix Concrete in the market.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience in RMC, cement, construction material, building material, real estate, or field sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of Nagpur construction market will be an advantage.
• Ability to visit sites regularly and handle field work.
• Basic understanding of concrete grades, site requirements, and construction process preferred.
• Must be hardworking, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma / MBA Marketing preferred.
• Civil engineering background will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong field marketing interest may also apply.
