Job Type: On-roll (Full-time)
💼 Role OverviewWe are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officers to drive business growth by acquiring customers and promoting financial products like business loans and LAP (Loan Against Property).
- 🧾 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and onboard new customers in the field
- Promote and sell financial products (LAP, Business Loans, Current Accounts, QR Code solutions)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct field visits and follow-ups regularly
- 🎯 Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum 10th Pass or above
- Experience: Must have experience in lending/loan sales (LAP, BL, CA, QR Code)
- Languages: Hindi & English
- Age Limit: 18 to 38 years
- Gender: Male & Female both can apply
- 🚗 Requirements Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory
- Valid Driving License required
- Willingness to work in field sales
- 💰 Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹6,000 (Performance-based)
