About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to develop B2B sales for Signode industrial packaging products and solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting industrial customers, developing new business, generating enquiries and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit manufacturing companies, warehouses and industrial customers
• Generate new B2B sales leads and enquiries
• Meet purchase, production, stores and packaging teams
• Promote Signode packaging products and solutions
• Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Develop long-term customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain daily visit and sales reports

Candidate Requirements

✅ 1–3 years of B2B / Industrial / Field Sales experience preferred

✅ Packaging, industrial consumables, machinery or related sales experience is an advantage

✅ Excellent communication and convincing skills

✅ Energetic, confident and self-motivated

✅ Comfortable with regular field visits

✅ Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

✅ Good knowledge of Nagpur industrial areas

✅ Freshers with strong communication and a strong sales attitude may also apply
