Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales. You will visit distributors and retailers, pitch our products, close orders, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit distributors & retailers daily
- Generate new leads and onboard new outlets
- Pitch products and close orders
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong retailer relationships
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG/D2C preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Own two-wheeler preferred
- Target-driven and self-motivated
