Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales. You will visit distributors and retailers, pitch our products, close orders, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit distributors & retailers daily
• Generate new leads and onboard new outlets
• Pitch products and close orders
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong retailer relationships
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG/D2C preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Own two-wheeler preferred
• Target-driven and self-motivated
