Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and scalability.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing end-to-end solutions encompassing both frontend and backend components.
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and agile project methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Skilled in integrating new technologies to enhance system capabilities and user experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
