**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated and qualified GNM Nursing Staff to provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medication, and maintaining accurate medical records. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their careers in a supportive hospital environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

*  Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

*  Monitor, record, and interpret patient vital signs and report any changes in their condition.

*  Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and medical procedures.

*  Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

*  Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all patients.

*  Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.

*  Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment in patient rooms and the overall facility.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

*  **Education:** Diploma in GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or equivalent. Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.

*  **Experience:** Freshers are welcome to apply.

*  **Gender:** Both male and female candidates are eligible.

*  **Language:** Basic proficiency in English is required.

*  **Skills:** Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and a compassionate attitude.

**Work Schedule:**

*  **Shift:** Day Shift (Full-Time)

**Salary and Benefits:**

*  **Salary:** ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (fixed, no incentives).

*  **Benefits:** Provident Fund (PF) is available.
