Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design visually engaging graphics for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Design and develop creatives for branding, social media, ads, websites, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations.
• Maintain brand identity and design consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create impactful ad creatives and campaign visuals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-based platforms (Canva, Envato, etc.) to speed up creative production.
• Ensure high-quality output optimized for digital and print formats.

Video Editing ( Optional )

• Edit promotional videos, reels, explainers, ads, and YouTube content.
• Add music, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations using After Effects or similar tools.
• Work on AI voice generation and script-based video production.
• Maintain creative storytelling, pacing, and high visual quality.

Skills & Expertise

• Creative and out-of-the-box design thinking.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Canva (plus).
• Understanding of marketing, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for creative automation is preferred.
• Strong typography skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 Month of experience required as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing creative work in design.
• Nagpur-based candidates preferred.
