Job Description
- स्टोर के दैनिक संचालन की संपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी
- Sales, Footfall एवं Customer Satisfaction बढ़ाना
- स्टाफ की भर्ती, प्रशिक्षण, शिफ्ट एवं अनुशासन बनाए रखना
- Inventory, Stock Replenishment एवं Out of Stock (OOS) कंट्रोल करना
- FIFO, Expiry एवं Damage Control सुनिश्चित करना
- Visual Merchandising एवं Shelf Standards बनाए रखना
- Price Tags एवं Signage की 100% Accuracy सुनिश्चित करना
- Cash Handling एवं Billing Operations की निगरानी
- Shrinkage एवं Pilferage रोकने के लिए प्रभावी नियंत्रण
- Daily MIS एवं KPI Reports तैयार कर Management को भेजना
- उत्कृष्ट Customer Service Culture विकसित करना
Eligibility
- Graduation (MBA/Retail अनुभव होने पर वरीयता)
- Retail/Supermarket में कम से कम 3–5 वर्ष का अनुभव
- कम से कम 1–2 वर्ष Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager के रूप में अनुभव
- Team Leadership एवं Problem Solving Skills
- Computer एवं Excel का अच्छा ज्ञान
- Positive Attitude एवं Target-Oriented Personality
Preferred Experience
- Supermarket / Hypermarket / Grocery Retail
- DMart, Reliance Smart, More, Spencer's, Vishal Mega Mart, Easyday या समान Retail अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता।
