**Salary:** ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Fixed)

**About the Role:**

Bright Super Speciality Hospital is seeking 10 dedicated and diligent individuals to join our team as Housekeeping & Cleaning Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sterile environment throughout the hospital, playing a vital role in patient care and infection control.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Perform comprehensive deep cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, wards, corridors, consultation rooms, and common areas.

*  Ensure all floors, surfaces, and fixtures are cleaned and disinfected according to hospital standards.

*  Manage and maintain cleanliness within patient wards, ensuring a hygienic environment for patient recovery.

*  Handle and dispose of waste, including biomedical waste, following strict hospital protocols and safety guidelines.

*  Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory in designated areas.

*  Operate and maintain cleaning equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

*  Adhere strictly to all infection control policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

*  **Experience:** Previous experience in housekeeping, especially in a hospital or healthcare setting, is preferred but not mandatory.

*  **Skills:** Knowledge of deep cleaning techniques and ward management.

*  **Personal Attributes:**

  *  Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  *  Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

  *  Understanding of the importance of hygiene and sanitation in a healthcare environment.
