Job Description
📍 Company: Radical Global
Radical Global is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Handle day-to-day HR operations
• Manage employee attendance, leave & records
• Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling
• Onboard new employees and handle documentation
• Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports
• Support payroll coordination and compliance
• Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace culture
• Assist in HR policies implementation and updates
• Coordinate training & employee engagement activities
🔹 Requirements:• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes & documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
