Job Summary


We are looking for an energetic and reliable Café Crew Member to support the day-to-day operations of the café.

This role involves assisting in the kitchen, preparing food and beverages, serving customers, operating the cash counter, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food and beverages as per company standards.
  • Assist with kitchen preparation, stocking, and cleaning.
  • Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all café areas.
  • Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and other operational tasks as assigned.


Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a flexible approach to work.
  • Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
