About the Work: We are a tyre retreading factory in Nagpur. The work involves handling truck and OTR tyres — loading, buffing, building, curing, and finishing. The work is physical and the factory is hot. If you have done factory work before — auto workshop, tyre shop, rubber unit, or similar — you will be comfortable here. If you have never done physical factory work, please think carefully before applying.

What You Will Do:

• Help load and unload tyres from delivery vehicles
• Assist senior operators with buffing, building, and curing of tyres
• Clean and prepare tyres before processing
• Move tyres between machines and storage areas
• Maintain cleanliness around your work area
• Learn the retreading process under guidance of senior staff

Who We Are Looking For:

• Age 20-40
• Physically fit and willing to do manual work
• Previous factory or workshop experience preferred (tyre, auto, rubber, mechanical)
• Local Nagpur or nearby areas (Kamptee, Ramtek, Katol, Umred, Bhandara, Wardha) preferred
• Able to read basic Hindi/Marathi
• Aadhaar card mandatory

No Experience? Read This: We are open to training fresh helpers who are serious about the work. But please understand — the first 2-4 weeks are the hardest. The work is hot and physical until your body adjusts. If you can stay through the first month, you can build a long career here. We will train you patiently.
