Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Carryout for preventive maintenance/planned jobs of CNC,PLC M/cs in the Plant.
• Understanding the requirements from CFs and working out with in-house or third party support.
• Implementing projects for Continuous Improvements as an support to CFs.
• Carry out Repairing of PCBs, PLC Modules, HMIs with the available facilities.
• To guide P.U Maintenance Engineers in Day-to Day Breakdown jobs and Planned Jobs.
• Identifying and implementing the Innovation concepts for sustaining RISE pillar.
• Scheduling 6-Axis for improving the skills of the associates and based on the feedback and requirement further enhancing the facilities in the lab.
• Health check-up of electronics and electrical gadgets.
• Monitor No.of Incidences and Downtime of PLC systems for further analysis and CAPA.coordinate IT Security initiatives at plant services and Safety
