Manager- Tractor Process
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Leads and manages a team that focuses on managing one or more manufacturing processes and ensuring that process performance indicators are met.
• Managing process performance measurements and business impact; gathering and communicating performance statistics and reports.
• Promoting and monitoring correct use of the process; ensuring continuous process assessment and improvement.
• Monitoring process effectiveness and efficiency; maximizing the fit between people, process, and technologies.
• Overseeing adherence to policies, practices, standards; ensuring compliance with relevant agencies or bodies.
