Business Development & Marketing Executive (B2B Industrial Packaging)
Location:Nagpur, Maharashtra
Company: Rajvarsh Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Salary:* ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Allowance
About Us
Rajvarsh Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of stretch film, bubble wrap, cling film, and industrial packaging products. We supply B2B customers across India and are expanding into export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new B2B leads and develop new customers.
* Visit factories, distributors, and industrial clients.
* Follow up on inquiries and prepare quotations.
* Manage leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, and social media.
* Maintain customer database and sales reports in Excel.
* Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
* Assist in exhibitions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
* Support export lead generation and international customer communication.
Requirements:
* Graduate (BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent).
* 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing preferred (freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
* Comfortable with industrial customer visits and field work.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Google Workspace.
* Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, or CRM software.
* Experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or industrial products is an advantage.
