Job Title: Product Design Engineer

Location: Nagpur Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1–3 years (flexible depending on candidate skill level)

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas into 3D models, prototypes, and finalized manufacturable designs using SolidWorks and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.

•Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and design documentation.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, and quality) to refine designs for manufacturability.

•Develop and test functional prototypes using 3D printing, CNC machining, or other rapid prototyping methods.

•Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and stress simulations to ensure performance and reliability.

•Support the product lifecycle from concept through production and iteration.

•Bill of Material creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Preference to bachelor’s degree Product Design, or a related field.

•Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (Part Modelling, Assembly, and Simulation).

•Hands-on experience with 3D prototyping and fabrication techniques.

•Basic knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design principles.

•Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

•Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

•Experience in sheet metal, plastic injection molding, or CNC part design.

•Exposure to DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
