Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cable systems.
Splice fiber optic cables efficiently and accurately.
Conduct tests on fiber optic networks using specialized equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fiber optic cables.
Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute fiber installation projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Document and report installation and maintenance activities.
Skills:-
Proficiency in using fiber optic splicing tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of fiber optic networks and systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and precision in splicing and testing.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer skills for documenting work activities.
