Job Description
About Us: Hitech Tyres is an established MRF dealership and tyre retreading business in Nagpur, serving transport companies, fleet operators, and individual customers. We're expanding our team and looking for a reliable back office executive to support our billing, accounts, and day-to-day office operations.
Role: Handle billing, invoicing, basic accounts entry, and general office coordination. The role involves working on our ERP system, MS Excel, and occasional outside work like bank visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, purchase bills, and delivery challans using Marg ERP
- Maintain daily sales, purchase, and stock entries in the system
- Generate reports in Excel (sales reports, customer outstanding, daily collection, etc.)
- Handle GST-related billing entries correctly (tax invoice, e-way bill basics)
- Manage customer and vendor records — update contact details, payment history, credit terms
- Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and basic banking work (RTGS/NEFT form submission, passbook updates)
- Coordinate with CA/accountant for monthly data sharing
- Handle basic office administration — filing, courier, stationery, document organization
- Answer customer calls for billing queries and payment follow-ups when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in billing, accounts, or back office work
- Working knowledge of Marg ERP (strongly preferred) or similar ERP software like Tally, Busy, Vyapar
- Good MS Excel skills — must know formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF), sorting, filtering, basic data entry speed
- Basic understanding of GST billing, tax invoice format, and purchase entries
- Education: 12th pass minimum; B.Com or any commerce background preferred
- Good Hindi and Marathi; basic English reading and writing
- Honest, responsible, and organized — since the role involves cash handling and bank work
- Age 20-35 preferred
- Local Nagpur resident with own two-wheeler for bank visits (two-wheeler mandatory)
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in tyre, automobile, or similar trading/dealership business
- Tally or Marg certification
- Familiarity with e-way bill generation and GST portal
- Experience dealing with transport company clients and their billing patterns
