Job Description

 Responsibilities:

·        Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms).

·        Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and parcels.

·        Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office work.

·        Run official errands such as banking, courier services, and purchasing office supplies.

·        Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.).

·        Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials when required.

·        Support staff with day-to-day operational needs.

·        Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness standards.

 Requirements:

·        Basic reading and understanding skills

·        Polite and well-mannered behaviour

·        Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently

·        Punctual and responsible
