Job Description

Lead Conversion: Process, manage, and convert digital/online inquiries into confirmed broadband or fiber installations. [1]

Customer Acquisition: Pitch Airtel broadband plans, internet speeds, and promotions to prospective residential or SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) clients. [1, 2]

Field & Market Activities: Conduct targeted on-ground promotion, society activations, and territory mapping (roughly 70% field coordination and 30% digital/indoor desk tracking). [1, 2]

Coordination: Partner with installation technicians to ensure fast and timely service setup for new sign-ups. [1]

Reporting: Maintain systematic pipeline records and daily conversion stats via internal apps. [1]
