Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to maintain compatibility while aligning solutions with organizational needs. Collaboration with different teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce platform customization and integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and low-code development platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with release management processes and system stability best practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
