Key responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store

Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance

Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines

Monitor and ensure customers are dispensed the correct medicines

Develop strong relationships with customers,

Ownership and delivery of Sales Generic promotional targets for the store

Qualifications

Strong track record of leading, coaching and developing a team within a retail environment

Qualified Pharmacist and registered with the GPhC (5years + Exp Non Pharmacist )

Ability to effectively manage and evaluate people including , training and performance management. Managing staff schedules and setting sales quotas based on store targets

Proven delivery of KPI’s to drive performance

Ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Strong administration skills with the ability to analyse performance, prepare reports, control costs, and carry out other administrative and clerical staff duties.

Flexible and adaptable approach to work along with a willingness to travel to other stores where applicable

Make sure medicines are supplied in correspondence with the prescriptions

Maintaining Documents of specialized drugs for stock control and legal purposes(FDA)

Maintain stock, merchandising and related things

Sell medicines over-the-counter

Counsel and advise patients on the treatment of minor ailments

Maintain the Upkeep of the store (Store Management )

Cross selling, up selling, door to door marketing and daily audits

Attend regular meetings, trainings with management and seniors.
