Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual)Project Role Description : Ensure solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior. Design test cases, identify and document defects, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves meticulously executing manual tests to verify that the solution aligns with defined requirements, user stories, and anticipated behaviors. This role includes designing comprehensive test cases, carefully identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure that the final product is dependable and ready for users. The position demands a thorough and detail-oriented approach to maintain high standards of quality throughout the development lifecycle, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and product quality.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of test documentation to support project requirements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, JavaScript, Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing detailed manual test cases to validate software functionality.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess test results and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
