• Job Responsibilities: Call and follow up with potential customers generated through marketing leads.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
• Conduct basic project explanations and assist clients during site visits.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Handle objections and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM team to update customer records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and closures.
• Key Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and closures effectively.
• Presentable, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Eligibility: Female candidates preferred.
• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream).
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Experience in real estate or tele-sales will be an added advantage.
