*JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (SALES)*
Company Name: PRO 7 BARA Prv Ltd (Real Estate & Document Consultancy)
Location: Vardhaman Nagar, Nagpur
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Specialist
Experience: 5 to 7 years (Direct experience in Nagpur Real Estate, Plots, or Finance Sales is highly preferred)
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 / Month + High Performance Incentives (No upper limit for achievers)

'PRO 7 BARA' के बड़े व्यावसायिक लक्ष्यों को पूरा करने के लिए नागपुर और विदर्भ क्षेत्र के बिल्डर्स, लेआउट डेवलपर्स, ब्रोकर्स, और जमीन मालिकों से सीधे संपर्क साधना और उन्हें हमारी 'डॉक्युमेंटेशन और टाइटल वेरिफिकेशन' सेवाओं के लिए लॉन्ग-टर्म क्लाइंट (B2B Partners) बनाना।
*आवश्यक योग्यता और स्किल्स*
(Key Requirements & Skills):
कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स: मराठी और हिंदी भाषा पर असाधारण पकड़। अंग्रेजी का बुनियादी ज्ञान आवश्यक है। क्लाइंट को प्रभावित करने और समझाने की बेहतरीन कला (Convincing Power)।
मार्केट का ज्ञान: नागपुर क्षेत्र (वर्धमान नगर, मनीष नगर, बेसा, वाडी, बेसा-पिंपरी आदि) के रियल एस्टेट मार्केट और वहां काम करने वाले प्रमुख डेवलपर्स की अच्छी समझ।
तकनीकी समझ: डेली रिपोर्टिंग के लिए Google Sheets और CRM टूल्स का बुनियादी ज्ञान होना अनिवार्य है।
वाहन: खुद का टू-व्हीलर (Four-wheeler is a plus) और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना जरूरी है, क्योंकि यह 80% फील्ड जॉब है।
