Client Relationship Building: Serve as the dedicated point of contact. Cultivate long-term, trusting partnerships with key stakeholders.
Needs Assessment & Sales: Identify client pain points and goals. Recommend tailored solutions, products, or services to drive revenue.
Issue Resolution: Act quickly to address and resolve client complaints or service escalations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams—such as sales, product, marketing, and legal—to ensure seamless service delivery.
Account Management: Maintain accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, prepare reports, and present business performance summaries.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and the ability to build rapport.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze customer data to identify trends, behavior, and growth opportunities.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in customer service, sales, or account management.
