Job Description
Handle sales coordination and customer support activities • Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and online portals • Manage and coordinate with Instamart portals • Handle customer queries and provide timely support • Maintain regular follow-up with clients and sales team • Support sales and marketing activities • Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and dispatch • Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
