Job Description – Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a target-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to convert inbound leads, manage NRI clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in service-based sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead Management & Sales

• Handle inbound leads generated via website, calls, and digital campaigns

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable NRIWAY services

• Pitch services clearly and close deals within defined timelines

• Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email

 

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with NRI clients

• Act as the single point of contact during the sales process

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

 

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Update lead status in CRM on a daily basis

• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

 

Cross-selling & Upselling

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services

• Educate clients about additional services offered by NRIWAY

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in sales (service-based / inside sales preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Experience dealing with international or NRI clients is a plus

• Ability to work with CRM systems and sales tools

• Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environment
