Sales Executive

Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the tiles, granite, marble, sanitaryware, or building materials industry.

Prior experience in a similar showroom or construction materials industry will be preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Must be comfortable meeting and coordinating with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, quotation preparation) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and generate showroom sales.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

Visit architects and interior designers regularly to promote the company's product range.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain product knowledge and assist customers in selecting suitable tiles, granite, and related products.

Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely order execution.

Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships
