Sales Manager - Current Account| Nagpur
To promote liability products (Current Accounts) to achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels, while driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring compliance.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Assist and mentor Sales Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales in executing strategies.
- Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development.
- Monitor team performance, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve business objectives.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and guide Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales to achieve budgets and incentives.
- Deliver quality liability accounts to build a healthy retail book.
- Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, stay updated on market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design, and implement regulatory requirements as per norms.
