PositionOffice Calling Executive

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calling and follow-up
  • Make outbound calls to customers and dealers
  • Maintain customer data in Google Sheets
  • Update inquiry, quotation, and follow-up records
  • Coordinate with sales team and office staff
  • Send WhatsApp messages and basic email communication
  • Maintain daily work reports
  • RequirementsBasic knowledge of Google Sheets and computer work
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Calling or telecalling experience preferred
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
