Habité Living is a premium modular furniture and experience center brand offering modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, sofas, and customized furniture solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth for both brands.

• Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development For SG Design Studio Generate leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
• Present design services, company profile, and project portfolio.
• Coordinate with the design team for proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients.
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• For Habité LivingGenerate walk-in and online inquiries for modular kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, and customized furniture.
• Attend showroom visitors and explain products and materials.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.
• Coordinate with the design and production team for project execution.
• Upsell complementary products and services.
• Marketing ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingManage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Run lead-generation campaigns.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators.
• Monitor and improve online engagement.
• Offline MarketingBuild relationships with architects, builders, developers, and real estate agents.
• Organize exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Conduct corporate presentations and networking meetings.
• Develop referral partner networks.
• Lead ManagementTrack inquiries from:
• Website
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Google Ads
• WhatsApp
• Referrals
• Walk-ins
• Maintain lead database and follow-up schedule.
• Submit weekly lead conversion reports.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales closing ability.
• Knowledge of interior design and modular furniture industry preferred.
• Social media marketing knowledge.
• CRM management skills.
• MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Qualifications Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, interior design, furniture, real estate, or construction industry.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Compensation Structure Fixed Salary₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

• Incentives1%–2% on SG Design project value closed.
• 1%–3% on Habité Living orders closed.
• Monthly performance bonus on target achievement.
• Working Hours Monday to Saturday
• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Preferred Candidate Profile Presentable personality.
• Passion for luxury interiors and furniture.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Willing to travel within Nagpur for client meetings and site visits.
