Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Inside Sales & Business Development). Reports to: Director or Proprietor. Objective: Generate new distributors and B2B customers for Salvo lubricants... convert digital marketing leads into orders, and manage the full lead-to-order process.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management - Coordinate daily with digital marketing agency, log all leads in CRM, and ensure first contact within30 minutes of new leads.2. Business Development - Reach out to new distributors and B2B clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp... build a list of potential distributors in new regions. 3. Sales Conversion - Send quotations, coordinate sample dispatch, and close the first order through consistent follow-up. Ensure repeat orders from existing distributors. 4. Agency Coordination - Review campaigns weekly, analyze lead quality, and suggest improvements for better reach and conversions. 5. Reporting - Submit daily lead reports, weekly conversion reports, a monthly sales pipeline summary, and lost leads analysis.
Candidate Profile:5–8 years B2B sales experience. Lubricants, automotive, tyres, batteries, auto parts, or FMCG background preferred. Strong Hindi and English communication, solid CRM and Excel skills, strong follow-up and negotiation
