Job Summary
Infinia Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader – Sales Coordination to manage and supervise the Sales Coordinator Team while providing operational support to the Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, customer communication, order processing, reporting, and team performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Manage and lead the Sales Coordinator team.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Train, motivate, and guide team members.
Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Sales Support & Coordination
Coordinate with Sales Executives and Regional Sales Teams.
Handle customer inquiries and follow-up activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Track leads, inquiries, and order status.
Customer Management
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Ensure prompt communication and customer satisfaction.
Order & Process Management
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Admin departments.
Monitor order processing from inquiry to delivery.
Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
Maintain sales records and CRM data.
Track sales performance and team productivity.
Present reports to management.
