Job Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Content + Video)We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can not only manage content but also create, shoot, and edit engaging reels/videos.
- ✨ What You’ll Do:Plan and execute content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Shoot, edit, and publish reels/short-form videos regularly
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and video scripts
- Turn ideas into high-performing visual content
- Manage content calendar and posting schedule
- Track performance and optimize based on insights and trends
- 🎯 What We’re Looking For:Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Experience in video editing (Reels/Shorts)
- Ability to create content independently (shoot + edit)
- Good storytelling and content sense
- Basic design skills (Figma/Canva is a plus)
- 💡 Bonus Points:Experience in design/tech/AI niche
- Motion graphics or advanced editing skills
- Managed or grown a personal/brand account
