Job Description
Interact warmly with customers, greet them with a pleasant smile and welcoming attitude. Explain the concept of the products we serve and suggest items that suit their preferences. Prepare shakes, waffles, and sundaes as per recipes and presentation guidelines. Manage stock availability and ensure proper stock rotation.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately. Maintain the store’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
