About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable Store Incharge to manage the complete store operations at our manufacturing unit. This role is critical for ensuring smooth material flow, inventory accuracy, and coordination with production and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage raw materials, finished goods, and consumables inventory
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers
• Ensure timely material availability for production
• Monitor minimum stock levels and reordering
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation
• Handle inward/outward logistics and documentation
• Coordinate closely with purchase, production, and dispatch teams
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma (preferably in Mechanical / Industrial / Supply Chain)
• 3–6 years experience in factory/store management
• Hands-on experience with inventory systems / ERP / Excel
• Understanding of industrial materials, tools, or components
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fabrication / engineering / manufacturing units
• Knowledge of stock auditing and warehouse practices
• Ability to handle multiple material categories efficiently
