Job Description (JD) – Tele Calling Executive (B2B Sales)
Position : Tele Calling Executive – B2B Sales
Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra (Office-Based / Remote Working Option Available)

Job Summary :
ZestRenew is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Calling Executive to support our business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business customers, generating leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining customer databases, and assisting the sales team in expanding the company's presence across the Solar Energy and Renewable Energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, EPC companies, industrial units, and commercial establishments.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer information.
- Follow up on inquiries received through websites, social media, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain company products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion activities.
- Prepare daily calling reports and lead status updates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Preferred Industries Experience in one or more of the following sectors will be an added advantage:
- Solar Energy
- Renewable Energy
- Industrial Equipment
- Animal Feed Industry
- Poultry Equipment
- Manufacturing
- B2B Sales & Marketing
Qualification :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Experience : 0–3 Years of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.
- Experience in B2B calling will be preferred.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Compensation : Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
