Telecalling Executive

JOB BRIEF

To follow up on leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, and offline campaigns, and convert them into showroom walk-ins. The role requires daily outbound calling, follow-up discipline, CRM data entry on Bitrix24, coordination with the sales team, and building rapport with customers over phone.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Make 80–100 daily outbound calls to leads from ads and CRM

2.   Understand customer requirements (door size, type, budget, timeline)

3.   Schedule showroom visits and confirm with WhatsApp location pin

4.   Update Bitrix24 CRM after every call — no call without log

5.   Maintain polite, professional, persuasive tone — no rude or pushy behaviour

6.   Coordinate with sales team — handover qualified walk-ins properly

7.   Track follow-ups, reschedule calls, send reminders to customers

8.   Submit daily report — calls made, walk-ins scheduled, conversions

9.   Handle customer objections — price, timing, design — convert to interest

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Education - Graduate (any discipline)

Technical Education - Basic computer — Excel, WhatsApp, CRM Minimum Experience 1 year minimum in telecalling or sales (3 years+ preferred)

Preferred Industries - Tiles, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Furniture, Real Estate, Doors, Home Appliances, Credit Card.

Software Experience Any - CRM system (Bitrix24 training will be provided)
