Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Office-Based

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call doctors and other professionals regarding loan offers.
  • Explain loan products and exclusive deals clearly.
  • Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi; English is an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
