Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence in automation testing.
- Drive the implementation of innovative testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing automated test scripts for complex applications.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development and product teams.
- Knowledge of integrating automated testing within continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation frameworks and environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
