Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage drivers, maintain attendance records, and ensure discipline and compliance.
- Coordinate with drivers and clients for timely vehicle placement as per schedules.
- Track vehicles during transit and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Ensure on-time loading, dispatch, and delivery of vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, breakdowns, repairs, and service records to maximize fleet availability.
- Proactively identify potential delays, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues and inform clients and management in advance to minimize operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with workshop vendors and drivers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain trip records, PODs, fuel details, and other transportation documents.
- Support the operations team in resolving day-to-day transportation issues and ensuring smooth execution of shipments.
- Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vehicle movements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and WhatsApp/email communication.
- Experience in cold chain, logistics, or transportation operations will be preferred.
