Job Description

Promote and sell travel packages, adventure tours, and customized itineraries

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins)
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, itineraries, and confirmations
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel policies
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
