Video Editing Expert

Job Description: Experienced Videographer & Editor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer & Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in all stages of video production, from concept to final delivery. This role requires proficiency in shooting high-quality video content and expert-level skills in industry-standard editing and motion graphics software.

Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and direct video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, internal communications, advertising campaigns).

Operate and maintain professional video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other necessary gear.

Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and other teams to understand project goals and develop creative concepts.

Execute all aspects of post-production, including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

Manage the video asset library, ensuring all footage is properly organized and backed up.

Stay up-to-date with current video trends, technology, and best practices.

Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistently high level of quality.

Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and software as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.

Proven expertise in operating professional camera equipment (e.g., DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras) and associated gear (lenses, gimbals, stabilizers).

Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:

Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced video editing and post-production)

Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics, animation, and visual effects)

Adobe Photoshop (Image manipulation and graphic design for video assets)

Strong understanding of lighting techniques for various environments (e.g., studio, on-location, interview settings).

Solid knowledge of audio recording, mixing, and sound design principles.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating high-quality videography and editing work is required for consideration.
