Teacher Trainer

The Teacher Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs for preschool teachers and teacher trainees. The trainer will ensure that teachers understand child development, modern teaching methods, classroom management, safety practices, and effective communication with children and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction training for newly recruited teachers.
• Design and deliver certificate courses in Early Childhood Education.
• Train teachers in play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning.
• Demonstrate effective classroom teaching techniques.
• Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop lesson plans, activity planners, and teaching aids.
• Mentor teachers to improve communication, creativity, and confidence.
