Job Description

Key Responsibilities.

Tender Management & GeM Operations

Search & Evaluation: Actively track, identify, and analyze daily government tenders related to manpower services on GeM and other relevant government portals.

Bid Preparation: Prepare flawless technical and financial bid documents in compliance with specific tender requirements and eligibility criteria.

Documentation: Compile, organize, and verify all necessary supporting documents (e.g., company registrations, financial statements, past experience certificates, EMD/PBG details).

Submission & Tracking: Ensure timely online submission of bids on the GeM portal and track the status of submitted tenders (technical evaluation, financial opening, reverse auctions).

Compliance: Review tender terms and conditions thoroughly to identify potential risks or specific compliance needs before submission.

Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of all active, submitted, won, and lost tenders.

Documentation Management: Organize and archive physical and digital company records, vendor agreements, and past bidding data.

Coordination: Liaison with internal teams (accounts, operations, and management) to gather required information for bids.

General Admin: Assist with daily office administration, including drafting formal letters, handling emails, and managing follow-up communications with government departments.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in handling government tenders, specifically for manpower/manpower-outsourcing services.
  • Platform Expertise: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office (especially MS Excel for cost sheets and pricing, and MS Word).
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (to draft official correspondence and read complex tender clauses).
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
