Job Description

A Business Development Executive is a sales and marketing professional responsible for identifying potential customers (leads) and generating business opportunities for a company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM/software.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools.
  • Email marketing and cold outreach skills.
  • Research and analytical abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications: 12th above or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

  • Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation (often 0–3 years for entry-level roles).
